Tom is a degree-qualified Civil Engineer who has worked for almost 30 years in the construction industry across 2 continents. Tom started his career as a Site Engineer responsible for the dimensional control and resource management on projects, and quickly progressed to positions requiring him to develop people-management skills to support his business success competencies. These skills developed within the challenging environment of project delivery in which Tom successfully built multiple high-performing teams both at project and business level. Testament to this is the low staff turnover he experienced in all roles, and the excellent staff engagement and feedback he received. Paul is a degree-qualified Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Entrepreneurship Paul has worked for more than 30 years in sectors including Utilities (Water, Gas, Electricity & Telecommunications), Transport, Government (Local and State), Manufacturing and Resource/Energy.
With a career founded in the disciplines of Electrical Power and Electrical Control (Factory Automation & Process Control) Systems Engineering, Paul has successfully delivered roles across Operations, Design/Construction and Asset Management. Over the past 10-years this technical portfolio has been extended through experience gained in the Facilities Management sector and work across disciplines such as contract mobilisation, asset life-cycle management, maintenance program budgeting and planning.
Success with his own Factory Automation & Process Control Consulting Business (90’s and early 2000’s) enhanced Paul’s credentials in business leadership and people-management and established his continuing strong reputation for achievement in strategy, business development, contract management, and marketing.
Directly and as a mentor, Paul has applied his diverse skill and capability set to repeatedly deliver revenue and profit goals for businesses he has worked in and for. He has continually achieved developments including new business lines, geographies, products, skill sets, acquisitions and Joint Ventures. His verve is for working ‘hands-on’ with people and businesses who want to deliver outcomes and sustainable and successful growth for their businesses.
With a Bachelor of Business and almost 20 years diverse experience Amanda possesses expertise in the analysis, management and co-ordination of Tenders across multiple Industry streams.
Her career has developed through strong customer-focused roles in Key Account management, Client Services and administrative efficiency into one of strategic bid management and delivery with experience ranging from major Infrastructure delivery, Defence and Security – focused projects, Pharmaceutical and Life Science opportunities and specialist engagements such as the Sydney New Years’ Eve Fireworks display.
